We at The Tax Cafe NI believe that the way accountants and business consultants work and interact with their clients has changed significantly. This coupled with changes in HMRC legislation and the ever increasing burden placed on business owners to meet compliance legislation means that it’s even more important than ever for us to keep our clients up to date with changes that affect their business.

Value added tax is arguably the most illogical and complicated of all the taxes. In addition, it is ‘policed’ the most robustly by HMRC when you get it wrong.



The Tax Cafe NI has based its business service around monthly packaged services that can include a variety of different services including; bookkeeping, management accountancy services, payroll, and vat bureau, year-end accountants, taxation and any ad hoc project work that can be tailored to meet the client’s current needs and is easily scalable to allow the service to grow with our clients.

We offer a number of pre-packaged monthly service packages that include free subscriptions to
Xero Cloud accounting, payroll, Hubdoc (our cloud document control partner), and access to Dropbox for secure file sharing.

Whilst every package is designed specifically for each client individually, typically our service level agreements are based on the following service level agreements.

Our packaged services all include access to cloud based accounts software, Hubdoc access for filing and managing all financial paperwork online (no more paper receipts and carrying boxes of files to your accountant at year end!). All files that we share with our clients are done via secure third party providers that encrypt all data to prevent unauthorised access and viewing.


Additional Bookkeeping charged at £20 per hour, unless by prior agreement
